Keystrokes and mouse clicks make things happen in the wiki interface. Here we list the various combinations we use named as we tend to spell them.

Todo: adopt this naming convention?

**CMD** means the normal "issue a command" keypress. That's `Command` on Mac, `Control` on other operating systems.

**CMD-X**: Holding the **CMD** key down, press a *lower case* `x`. If an uppercase letter is called for, that's written **CMD-SHIFT-X**.

**RET**: The key labeled `Return` or `Enter`.

**RET RET**: Strike **RET**, lift your finger, strike **RET** again. The "lift your finger" bit is what the space between the two `RET`s means.

**ESC**: The `Escape` key.
