How do I manually add another site into my neighborhood?
The Neighborhood is the list of sites that Searches examine. The neighborhood is populated when you follow a link to another site from within your wiki. But that doesn't help if you don't yet have such a link. How do you get one?
Go to the other page in another browser window. That page will look like this:

The larger colored box (next to the title Names of Things) is a Site Flag. Drag it from the other site and drop it anywhere on one of your pages.
Note: If you drop it onto a Paragraph Factory, you'll get a link to the site that looks like this:
