The **Attention Neighborhood** (often just "neighborhood") is a list of wikis your reader likely wants included in searches.
There are three ways a wiki can be added to the attention neighborhood.
1. The reader visits a Twin Page (also called a Forked Page). 2. The reader visits a page with a Wiki Reference. 3. The reader interacts with a Roster on a page.
